First of all, I took on the Vitalinea #myvitabreak challenge. They sent me a package filled with challenges to make November healthier than ever. With a focus on changing bad food routines and taking time to work out and relax.
The first thing I changed is my breakfast ritual. I used to stop in the railway station for my morning coffee or hot chocolate with a pain au chocolate. I changed them for a yoghurt with granola and fruit in the morning. With the unhealthy breakfast, I was already hungry at 11 again. But the yoghurt keeps me filled easily till it's lunchtime! So that was a great change!
Another habit I took on is trying to drink more. I have been putting fruit or cucumber in my water to make it more tasty. And it works! Drinking is less boring so I don't forget to do it.
Secondly, Freddy Pant Room invited me to discover the new collection in a Crossfit environment. I got to test out the new sport collection during a cross fit session. Oh boy did I gain respect for those cross fitters! I was sore for about a week! But we were rewarded with a super delicious Paleo lunch. What I really like about the freddy pants is that they have a silicone band which makes sure your pants doesn't drop down while you're exercising. Also, you don't have to pull up your pants the entire time in between yoga poses.

And last but not least! David Lloyd is coming to Antweeeerp! The family club already has a wonderful location in Brussels but it is coming to Antwerp now. I went to Brussels to find out what you can do at this club. And it is a lot! We joined a 360 degrees training with a personal trainer, a delicious and healthy lunch, a lesson of aqua biking and afterwards some well deserved relaxation in the jacuzzi and steam bath. The club also has underground tennis courts and a whole floor for the kids. Their activities are perfectly aligned with the adult activities so no babysit needed! Discover more on their website.
