Our Belgian summer hasn't officially started yet and I'm already planning my autumn trips to the sun. Those of you that know me or follow me for a while now, already know that I've lost my heart in Barcelona. I absolutely loved living there and every now and then, I just have to go back to refuel.

Since I don't want to hold out on these amazing places I've discovered over the years, I've assembled some tips for you guys. So here's where you have to go when you are in Barcelona:

Flax and Kale - Carrer dels Tallers 74
The most healthy and delicious brunches in town. My personal favourites are the juices and the tuna tartare.

Brunch and Cake - Carrer Enric Granados 19
The perfect spot to enjoy a sweet breakfast. They're waffles and pancakes are delicious!

Picnic - Carrer del Commerç 1
This is the place where I spent most of my hangover Sundays. Their eggs 'rancheros' are to-die-for and so is the pink lemonade.

Ciudad Condal - Rambla de Catalunya 18
Typical catalan dishes and fresh tapas and fish. Be sure to go on time because the line for a table can be quite long.

El Nacional - Passeig de Gràcia 24 bis
This 20's inspired place just has it all. It is divided into several places where you can eat and drink and every one of those little restaurants they serve something else. One is for meat the other for tapas and each and every one of them serves delicious dishes.

Bar del Pla - Carrer de Montcada 2
Another typical tapas restaurants. My personal favourites here are the steak tartare with foie combined with a glass of their superior housewine.

The box - Carrer Gignàs 30
Best cocktails and street food, EVER.

Boca Chica - Passatge de la concepció 12
This hidden bar is decorated beyond belief. Even the bathroom is a place I could live in!

Numero nueve - Carrer Vidrieria 9
Another great cocktail place in the middle of the borne district. I love the names they give their cocktails, and they taste great too!

I won't be the only one planning a trip to Barcelona because, good news guys: Thanks to CKS and Jetair, I get to make one of you happy with a trip to this amazing city!

It is officially festival time! And what look to rock than the bohemian one. I found my festival ensemble at River Island. I finished off the look with some festival essentials and I'm ready to go.

I already went to Rock Werchter and Loveland festival in Barcelona and I'll be attending some more incredible festivals this summer. Next up is Tomorrowland, Lokerse feesten and WECANDANCE festival. I'm so ready for my festival summer! Where will you go? Shoot!

Two weeks ago, the awesome l'Orèal PR team invited me to join them in Paris For one night to discover their new fragrance for men: Bad.

And so I channelled my baddest, most fearless self and hopped on a train to Paris for a jetset night I would never forget.

It was men's fashion week, so when we arrived at the party -after the most delicious dinner at les bains- it was crawling with male models. Oh hello Maximiliano Patane!

After a performance of the talented Tinashe, we danced the night away. Oh Paris! I had about one hour to sleep before heading back to the station to be on time for work but it was all worth it.

Here is the photo report made by lukaorluca - bad girls on their best behaviour.

Last week, I had some friends over to celebrate the Swedish Midsommar. Because what is better to celebrate than the start of summer holidays? Sadly, on our hand, this party was not followed by Holidays. But either way, we had a blast.

I love to cook. But I'm not the best planner. So cooking for myself or even 2 people is very managable. Cooking for four though, that is something else! Luckily IKEA helped me out with the menu. Swedish meatballs on a Swedish Holiday. Sounds perfect to me!

What I love about the food in IKEA is that you don't have to add a lot of extra's to make it look or taste good. They make life simple. And I'm all in for that! Spending less time in the kitchen and more with your guests. It is a celebration after all.

As appetizers I went for Knackebröd with cream cheese and radish/tomatoes, little salmon cups with cream cheese and nachos with fresh guacamole.

The main course were Swedish chicken meatballs with a fresh salad and oven baked potatoes.

As dessert, I served the Daim IKEA pie, covered in whipped cream and strawberries.

I wish everyone the best summer ever, enjoy!!

Everything you see on the table (and also the table) is from IKEA. Except for the fresh vegetables.
Around the table you can see Elien - Dogsanddresses, Paulien - Polienne and Elke - Goldiloks.
